Our People

Shella Makwana – Principal Solicitor

Shella Makwana qualified on 4 January 1999 and has dealt with a wide range of high profile complex cases from multi million pound drug and fraud cases, high profile sexual abuse cases to drink driving cases, and is widely respected and recommended by other professionals and clients for her preparation and pro active defence of cases. She has also dealt with multi million pound divorce cases often involving complex issues.

She has acted for other lawyers, doctors and other professionals in both regulatory, criminal and family proceedings.She is able to act for you at the police station and magistrates court and prepares cases thoroughly for the crown court. She is often asked to provide second opinions in criminal cases.

She is able to prepare complicated cases in short time frames and with  sensitivity yet in a robust way.She is an accredited criminal litigation specialist and brings many years of experience with her.

Shella Makwana is a member of the London Criminal Courts Association.

Tulshi Shah – Solicitor

Tulshi Shah joined the Firm in July 2011 as a paralegal qualified as a solicitor in July 2014. Tulshi is known for her diligence and professional approach providing clients with thought out solutions. She is dedicated and goes above the call of duty for her clients. Her friendly approach together with drive means that clients repeatedly instruct her.

She is meticulous and enthusiastic in preparation of cases and is readily contactable for clients. She undertakes advocacy and representation at the police station.
