Civil litigation is a method of resolving disputes or claims between individuals, companies, Local Authorities or Government departments. If you are involved in a dispute, we can advise you on the merits of your case, the possible value of your claim and commence or defend proceedings on your behalf.

Our fees are calculated on an hourly rate depending upon the level of seniority of fee earner and complexity of case we offer a fixed fee initial 60 minute consultation for £150 plus VAT. In the hours consultation we can make phone calls for you, write letters on your behalf and do anything else that you require.

We work hard to solve your problems in a quick and cost effective manner. Often early intervention and negotiation in proceedings can resolve matters. However if Court proceedings are unavoidable we will use our experience to prepare your case with representations at Court if required.

We also act on behalf of clients in respect of mortgage possession proceedings and although we understand that the prospect of proceedings can be daunting, action must be taken promptly to avoid further difficulties. It is important therefore to contact us as soon any defaults on mortgage payments have occurred as we are able to liaise with your Lender with view to avoiding any proceedings at all.
