  •  Hand sanitiser will be in place in the reception and multiple locations throughout the building including the meeting rooms. This must be used for anyone entering and leaving the premises.
  • Staff will gave the relevant PPE provided and can provide you with a mask if you do not have one.

Procedures for your appointment at our offices

Where it is absolutely necessary to have face to face meetings we have adopted this protocol. Covid 19 has created a number of challenges for everybody. We welcome the opportunity to meet you and we have taken steps to make sure that both you and our staff remain as safe as possible.

We ask that you attend 10 minutes before your appointment time so that we can go through our safety check and paperwork with you. Whilst time intervals will be scheduled between appointments, we need to avoid any waiting time in communal areas.

What you may expect at your visit:

  • The front door is operated electronically and please use sanitiser as provided in reception
  • Once inside please tell our receptionist your name and who you are meeting.

One of our team will greet you and then:

  • Request you to complete the Pre-Screening Covid-19 Questionnaire;
  • Check you temperate;
  • Ask you to use the hand sanitiser provided;
  • Ask you to use a disposable face mask (which are supplied or you can bring your own);
  • Direct you to our meeting room.

The meeting room will have been cleaned prior to appointment. We ask that you sit at the far end of the table which will allow plenty of space between you and our solicitor. If you are coming to sign documents, please bring your own pen.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer our usual hospitality of drinks (tea, coffee, water etc.) but you are welcome to bring your own water or other drinks bottle.

We will need to ensure the meeting ends promptly to allow sufficient time for cleaning before our next appointment. Please note that if the above is not complied with then we reserve the right to refuse to continue with any meetings.

Reminder

  • Arrive as promptly as possible
  • Bring your own pen
  • Bring any water/other drinks with you

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

We can assist you in all matters relating to:

  • Criminal law
  • Family law including divorces
  • Wills

We very much hope that we can all get back to normal soon and shall continue to work with you to manage this disruption as effectively as possible.

We wish your family and you our very best wishes.
